About the role
- Own the strategy, vision, and hands-on execution of user-facing systems
- Conduct user research to identify pain points in onboarding, portal usage, and internal operations
- Define user flows, prototype concepts, and identify automation opportunities
- Design workflows to reduce support tickets through self-service and automation
- Create efficiency tools for the internal operations portal
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping successful B2B products in high-growth fintech, BaaS, or payments companies
- Prototyping using design tools (Figma, Framer, Sketch)
- Deep domain expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows
- Proficient in design software, analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants
- Ability to listen between the lines and challenge requirements
