About the role
- Develop clear product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee design and development to ensure features meet quality, usability, and performance standards
- Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions with business stakeholders.
- Prioritize features based on strategic impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Align with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure shared understanding of user needs and product goals.
- Facilitate communication across departments to drive consensus and execution.
- Lead initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Operate with a “speed to impact” mindset—prioritizing and pivoting quickly to maximize value.
- Use analytics and user feedback to refine product offerings.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on insights.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in product management
- 2-4 years of Agile experience, including leading SCRUM ceremonies for a technical team
- Self-starter with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work
- Renewable Energy background is a strong plus
