Manager

• Maintain and track all BPO-related documentation, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders, and onboarding/offboarding forms.
• Coordinate document flow between Legal, Finance, HR, and vendor teams.
• Ensure timely updates to internal trackers and databases (e.g., Confluence, Jira, or shared Excel files).
• Verify that all required paperwork is completed before onboarding or contract renewal.
• Act as the first point of contact for business owners submitting BPO requests.
• Collect, review, and validate incoming requests to ensure they include necessary details (e.g., number of FTEs, start date, job description, time zone overlap, skill set requirements).
• Route validated requests to the appropriate internal approvers (Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR).
• Follow up with business customers and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely updates on request status.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding workflow for BPO employees in coordination with IT and HR.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vendor performance, project milestones, and billing cycles.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries for management on BPO headcount, budget utilization, and vendor performance KPIs.

• Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding
• Establish efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure EMEA partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform.
• Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness
• Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps and enhance service delivery
• Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs, lead times, and quality.
• Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition and strategic capacity planning among Indian manufacturers.
• Work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales to support order routin and fulfillment.
• Lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as the "voice of the EMEA partner" internally, providing insights that support local partner health and growth

• Perform actual vs. forecast variance analysis and summarize key drivers

DFM Engineer

• Take actions to improve on time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Track and monitor the progress of numerous customer orders and partner jobs.
• Provide excellent customer and partner service by building relationships, creating partnerships, and by providing frequent and timely customer interactions on order updates.
• Apply first-hand technical knowledge (or leverage other subject matter experts) on manufacturing design and production to ensure jobs are delivered on time.
• Understand supplier capabilities and execute supplier oversight activities, which include frequent phone assessments, detailed schedule creation, quality reviews, and supplier corrective actions.
• Assess the impact of manufactured part rejections; communicate with suppliers and customers to work through problems and resolve cases.
• Manage customer complaints that result in replacements for returned products.
• Report out on status, risk, and efforts to recover troubled orders and jobs.
• Document all case activity in the central database.
• Leverage company technology platforms and comply with the Quality Management System.
• Monitor the integrity of supplier quality metrics.
• Interface with Engineering, Customer Care, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure manufacturing processes are capable of customer on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and leadership.
• Participate and provide input on initiatives to simplify and automate complex processes.
• Perform all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies, and procedures.
