About the role

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective dealers through calls, texts, and in-person visits as needed
  • Drive dealer growth by clearly communicating AXLE Funding programs, policies, and product offerings
  • Monitor dealer account performance, utilization, and aging to identify potential risk or delinquency
  • Proactively address collection and compliance concerns within the assigned territory
  • Execute contracts, term sheets, and onboarding documentation while educating dealers on products and fee structures
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, and funding to ensure a seamless dealer experience
  • Engage with auction partners and industry channels to source and support dealer relationships
  • Participate in promotions, campaigns, and company initiatives within the territory
  • Represent AXLE Funding professionally in all interactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred
  • Three or more years of automotive finance, floorplan, or dealership experience
  • Notary required or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
