Design high-quality app store screenshots, icons, and feature graphics tailored for mobile games and apps.
Create variations at scale to support A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
Ensure visuals comply with Google Play/App Store/Ad Networks guidelines and best practices.
Automate the localization and production process for screenshots in multiple languages.
Manage the upload and versioning of creatives across stores.
Produce static marketing materials for user acquisition campaigns, social media, and promotional needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and store creative strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer or in similar roles within the mobile gaming or visual content applications industry (portfolio required).
Proven experience in creating content for app stores (icons, screenshots, and feature graphics).
Strong knowledge of App Store & Google Play creative guidelines and limitations.
Ability to analyze and define market trends and convert the insights into actionable items.
Hands-on experience with localization workflows and bulk asset production.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents).
Experience with automation tools for creative production (a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-volume creatives under tight deadlines.
