About the role
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
- Own quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and deal models
- Manage multiple engagements and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Serve as the primary client contact for PE sponsors, bankers, and management teams
- Lead and develop Associates and Analysts
- Present diligence findings and transaction insights to clients
- Support post-close integration and value creation initiatives
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or corporate development
- Strong experience with QoE, EBITDA adjustments, working capital, and deal modeling
- Experience leading client-facing diligence engagements
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills
- CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
