• We’re now seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial FP&A leader.
• Work closely directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership team.
• Build FP&A processes, develop financial models, and provide strategic insights to support the company's growth trajectory.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and actionable financial plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assume ownership of the company's P&L, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting.
• Partner with shared service departments for accounting functions and ensure alignment with overall financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate product performance, and market dynamics to optimize profitability and drive growth.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business functions and develop reporting frameworks, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk to senior management.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to track KPIs and monitor business performance.
• Provide financial insights and guidance on new product launches, pricing strategies, market expansion initiatives, and other business opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, offering expertise and analysis to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the FP&A function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand business drivers, key performance metrics, and strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data integrity, and improve efficiency within the FP&A function.
• Implement best practices for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, leveraging technology and automation where applicable.

FP&A Director

Data Analyst

• Develop business processes and disciplines for clients across multiple industry sectors

• Execute financial due diligence and other engagements from inception to completion successfully

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address project-related issues
• Execute Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Debt and Debt-like Analyses

Data Scientist

• Build statistical, ML, and AI software modules
• Work alongside product managers, software engineers and designers
• Provide principled ways of leveraging data to answer key business questions
• Turn data discoveries and processes to operational capabilities
• Identify business trends and problems through complex data analysis
• Interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques
• Prepare data, implement data models and develop databases to support business solutions

AI Engineer

• Create agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain, implementing tool-calling, planning, and self-correction capabilities
• Design and implement sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with multi-modal capabilities
• Deploy and monitor AI systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Account Executive

• Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position solutions effectively. Provide consultative guidance and tailored recommendations to address client needs.
• Drive revenue expansion by developing and executing strategic account plans that identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop, monitor and analyze key client metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, satisfaction), translating data into actionable insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Involvement in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and EBM Software. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and finance teams, to finalize agreements.
• Collaborate closely with finance and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients. Proactively address any issues or concerns and work closely with the customer support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Direct day-to-day accounting functions related to working capital accounts, such as cash, inventory, accounts receivables and payable, and other accruals.
