About the role

  • Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position solutions effectively. Provide consultative guidance and tailored recommendations to address client needs.
  • Drive revenue expansion by developing and executing strategic account plans that identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop, monitor and analyze key client metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, satisfaction), translating data into actionable insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Involvement in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and EBM Software. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and finance teams, to finalize agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients. Proactively address any issues or concerns and work closely with the customer support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance/accounting, computer science, or related field.
  • 7-12 years of proven experience in account management or sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective client-management strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-starter who is self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for technology, strategic thinking, and innovation.
