About the role
- You develop targeted strategies to build long-term relationships with our current and future partners and ensure the success of the partner management team
- You identify and develop future partners for Xentral together with your team
- Together with our partners, you develop strategies for joint customer outreach
- You promote cross-team collaboration — especially with our Sales and Marketing teams
- You act as a subject-matter expert and take responsibility for coaching and mentoring the partner management team
- You are responsible for defining roles and responsibilities and drive the staffing strategy for your team
- You produce regular reports and analyses to define and further develop the team's goals
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in the software sector
- You are an experienced leader with strong people management skills and a proven track record in team development
- You have extensive experience with ERP, e-commerce, and B2B SaaS environments (Shop/CRM/HCM)
- You have an extensive network of potential partners
- You are highly proficient in German — both spoken and written — and communicate confidently in English
