• You proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, building a sustainable pipeline of talent for our growing ERP ecosystem.
• You work closely with your hiring managers & stakeholders.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer branding and recruiting operations to ensure we remain a top choice for talent in the DACH region.
• You collaborate closely with the broader People & Organization team, contributing to internal projects that enhance our company culture and organizational development.
