• Manage the full lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Hands-on implementation and expansion of demand generation strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Identify and onboard new paid marketing channels (e.g., review sites such as Capterra & OMR Reviews, content syndication, etc.).
• Define and support A/B tests for landing pages, ad copy, and creatives in collaboration with our designer and CRO specialist.
• Analyze data daily to monitor and improve channel performance based on cost per SQL, using HubSpot-aligned channel reporting.
• Oversee budget and media planning, analyzing and presenting performance insights confidently.

Onboarding Specialist

• Work closely with our customers to ensure our ERP solution meets their requirements
• Focus on translating business processes into Xentral's logic, particularly in the areas of bills of materials, pricing, procurement and production
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to provide customers with the best possible support during onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Senior Onboarding Specialist

• With your expertise in logistics and fulfillment, you support your colleagues across the entire support area
• You are responsible for the quality of ticket responses and ensure that the entire Logistics Support team provides customers with high-quality technical and written answers
• You know the typical pitfalls and user questions and work actively with our product team to improve the user experience in the fulfillment area
• You keep track of all incoming customer inquiries related to logistics and ensure they are properly prioritized
• You respond to customer inquiries via the ticketing system and video calls
