Account Manager

• You develop targeted strategies to build long-term relationships with our current and future partners and ensure the success of the partner management team
• You identify and develop future partners for Xentral together with your team
• Together with our partners, you develop strategies for joint customer outreach
• You promote cross-team collaboration — especially with our Sales and Marketing teams
• You act as a subject-matter expert and take responsibility for coaching and mentoring the partner management team
• You are responsible for defining roles and responsibilities and drive the staffing strategy for your team
• You produce regular reports and analyses to define and further develop the team's goals
