With your expertise in logistics and fulfillment, you support your colleagues across the entire support area
You are responsible for the quality of ticket responses and ensure that the entire Logistics Support team provides customers with high-quality technical and written answers
You know the typical pitfalls and user questions and work actively with our product team to improve the user experience in the fulfillment area
You keep track of all incoming customer inquiries related to logistics and ensure they are properly prioritized
You respond to customer inquiries via the ticketing system and video calls
Requirements
You have experience with logistics and fulfillment processes
You have experience with ERP or CRM systems as an end user and system administrator (e.g., JTL-Wawi, actindo, Odoo, Navision, Billbee, etc.) and preferably already have experience with Xentral
B2B support is familiar to you and you enjoy communicating with customers
You speak and write fluent English (C1) and German (C2)
