About the role

  • With your expertise in logistics and fulfillment, you support your colleagues across the entire support area
  • You are responsible for the quality of ticket responses and ensure that the entire Logistics Support team provides customers with high-quality technical and written answers
  • You know the typical pitfalls and user questions and work actively with our product team to improve the user experience in the fulfillment area
  • You keep track of all incoming customer inquiries related to logistics and ensure they are properly prioritized
  • You respond to customer inquiries via the ticketing system and video calls

Requirements

  • You have experience with logistics and fulfillment processes
  • You have experience with ERP or CRM systems as an end user and system administrator (e.g., JTL-Wawi, actindo, Odoo, Navision, Billbee, etc.) and preferably already have experience with Xentral
  • B2B support is familiar to you and you enjoy communicating with customers
  • You speak and write fluent English (C1) and German (C2)
