About the role
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for senior and specialized tech roles in AI, Data and Software domains, from sourcing through offers and onboarding.
- Do HR Background verifications for candidates.
- Collaborate with account managers and with clients to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and technical assessments.
- Manage candidate experience ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technical recruiting, in IT, software engineering, data science, or AI fields.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skills with ability to assess candidate fit.
- Proven experience managing senior-level recruitment and candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and multitask.
- A passion for technology and talent acquisition.
