• Take on subject-matter, technical, methodological and organizational leadership responsibilities in consulting projects
• Act as the interface between the business unit and IT
• Drive projects in strategy development, process design, business and IT architecture, or project management
• Support and guide change processes in projects and organizations
• Lead project teams of up to 15 people
• Contribute innovative ideas to the further development of Xenium Austria
• Independently acquire follow-up projects and support the acquisition of new clients
