About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take on subject-matter, technical, methodological and organizational leadership responsibilities in consulting projects
- Act as the interface between the business unit and IT
- Drive projects in strategy development, process design, business and IT architecture, or project management
- Support and guide change processes in projects and organizations
- Lead project teams of up to 15 people
- Contribute innovative ideas to the further development of Xenium Austria
- Independently acquire follow-up projects and support the acquisition of new clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma or Doctorate), ideally in a technically and business-oriented field
- Relevant professional experience in IT consulting or comparable project roles
- Proven leadership or management responsibility in IT projects
- Solid technical understanding
- Precise, strong leadership presence and personable in daily work
- Creative, solution-oriented and analytical thinking
- Confident communication skills in German and English
