Business Intelligence Developer

• The UiPath Developer / Power BI Developer will support the J62LB Enterprise Testing Office in advancing Enterprise-wide automation, automated testing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and reporting initiatives across enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and other emerging technologies.
• The position is responsible for developing automation solutions, supporting automated testing activities, creating enterprise dashboards and reporting capabilities, and designing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that improve testing efficiency, operational visibility, and process standardization across the Program Executive Office (PEO).
• The successful candidate will support enterprise modernization initiatives through the development of UiPath automations, Power BI dashboards, automated defect tracking solutions, and data-driven reporting capabilities while assisting leadership with technology evaluations, process improvements, and automation strategies.

• Produce structured capture support artifacts that help Xenith evaluate opportunities quickly, accurately, and consistently.
• Develop capability matrices from PWS, SOW, and solicitation-related documents to support rapid and disciplined opportunity qualification.
• Dissect solicitation requirements into granular elements and organize them into structured Excel-based working files.
• Compare opportunity requirements against historical performance documents, prior PWS and SOW files, and other internal source materials to identify demonstrated capability alignment.

• This position is crucial for supporting the successful delivery of customer-defined systems, hardware refresh initiatives, and software projects, particularly those leveraging secure cloud technologies and designed to meet stringent government requirements.
• Providing technical expertise in designing, implementing, and managing secure and compliant cloud-based solutions within a government or highly regulated environment, with a strong emphasis on AWS GovCloud or equivalent secure cloud offerings.
• Responsible for the support of a broad range of AWS services in a secure government context, including but not limited to: EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) within a secure VPC configuration, S3 (Simple Storage Service) with appropriate encryption and access controls, VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) design and management for segmented networks, RDS (Relational Database Service) with robust security configurations, IAM (Identity and Access Management) for granular privilege management, CloudWatch for monitoring and logging of security and performance events, Route 53 for secure DNS resolution, ELB/ALB (Elastic Load Balancing/Application Load Balancing) for resilient application delivery.
• Manage full lifecycle of system engineering, including design, build, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of mission-critical server infrastructure that supports critical operational functions.
• Provide support with the administration and secure hardening of both Linux and Windows Server operating systems, with a focus on implementing security controls and mitigating vulnerabilities.
