About the role
- Provide customer support for XD Connects customers via telephone and e-mail
- Process orders and handle order-related enquiries
- Produce quotations and provide product information
- Make and receive calls regarding enquiries and orders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Handle queries and complaints and ensure award-winning customer service
- Work within a fast-paced team environment and prioritise tasks under pressure
Requirements
- Experience is essential, preferably in the Promotional Merchandise industry (levels considered depending on experience)
- Native English in word and writing
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, telephone and e-mail)
- Strong administrational skills
- Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
- Computer literate with high level of accuracy and efficiency; excellent spelling and grammar
- Pleasant telephone manner for making and receiving customer calls
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to switch easily and quickly between tasks
- Helicopter view and ability to think two steps ahead
- Team player and able to work independently
- Service-minded approach, committed and detail oriented
- Experience in MS Office and ERP systems is a nice to have
