Coordinate directly with the COR and Program Leadership
Manage overall program performance and lead a team of security, intelligence, and business professionals
Serve as the primary liaison with leadership and Government stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure all tasks meet the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Coordinate periodic progress meetings and status reviews
Facilitate entity vetting reviews, document processes and procedures, and prepare briefings and reports
Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
Provide timely and accurate reporting of program metrics and performance indicators
Maintain open communication lines with leadership
Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary security documentation
Requirements
Master’s Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract.
Minimum of 12 years’ of experience in program management.
Minimum of 12 years’ of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
