About the role
- Responsible for onsite planning, management, and execution of all aspects of the contract.
- Ensure high-quality environmental program support, oversees staff performance, and maintains compliance.
- Manage all aspects of performance, including planning and organizing tasks.
- Supervise and monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with labor categories.
- Develop and maintain a quality assurance plan.
- Support client in developing Environmental Program policies and guidance.
- Conduct or oversee environmental compliance audits.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain public trust.
- Bachelor's Degree in environmentally related field or business.
- At least 8 years of experience of Program Management and Supervisory experience.
- Local to Northern VA area.
- Expertise in managing mid to large programs in the defined sector (Homeland Security, Federal Public Health, and Federal Civilian).
- Demonstrated ability in creating, guiding, and developing high-performance teams.
- Robust skills in managing relationships with both direct federal customers and prime contract stakeholders.
- Ability to strategize and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent communication capabilities both verbal and written.
- Strong project delivery skills.
