About the role
- Provide end-to-end management to the Tech College programs including development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage program timelines, budget, and resources to ensure efficient program delivery and alignment with company
- Act as a host and producer for learners during live learning sessions and office hours
- Manage all logistics including partnering with SMEs to ensure preparedness
- Manage all program communications (formal and informal) to engage participants, instructors, managers, mentors and presenters
- Partner with learning consultants, designers, software engineers, and SMEs on continuous improvement
- Create awareness of the program through marketing efforts
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks to program delivery
- Manage open enrollment courses connected to the focus and scope of program portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in program management, project management or process management
- 2+ years of experience delivering large scale learning programs (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in stakeholder management in a corporate setting (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in learning event planning (preferred)
- 1+ years of Agile experience (preferred)
