About the role

  • Lead projects focused on new product ideas and growth
  • Partner with our User Experience Research (UXR) and Engineering partners to craft and execute on AI products that build buy-in from stakeholders and peers.
  • Lead the development of experiences for introducing new AI capabilities in offensive cybersecurity.
  • Influence cross-functional partners to ship impactful and innovative features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience product design
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and direct contributions.
  • Bonus if you have:
  • - Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • - Experience in using design systems and frameworks, as well as contributing to them.
  • - Experience with presenting to stakeholders, and speaking on behalf of the team’s objectives and ambitions.
  • - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate objectives and advocate design excellence.
  • - Knowledge of cybersecurity applications is a plus
