About the role
- Support and manage relationships across a diverse set of partners, adapting to different partnership models and needs.
- Act as a connective layer between partners and internal teams, ensuring momentum across technical, commercial, and GTM workstreams.
- Help advance multiple partner opportunities in parallel by coordinating next steps, aligning stakeholders, and removing blockers.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to support integrations, technical enablement, and partner readiness.
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to support launches, enablement, positioning, and joint GTM activities.
- Assist with partner program management, including documentation, incentives, operational workflows, and execution support.
- Partner with RevOps on partner-related operations, reporting, process development, and tooling.
- Track partner progress, adoption signals, and pipeline influence, maintaining clear internal visibility.
- Get up to speed quickly on new partners, programs, and internal priorities as needs evolve.
- Contribute to shaping XBOW’s partnerships motion by identifying gaps, improving processes, and sharing insights from the field.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, partner operations, or GTM roles within a technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work across many internal teams and external stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving ownership, and incomplete information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical, commercial, and operational contexts.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and RevOps teams.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with pipeline, adoption, and partner performance data.
