About the role

  • Manage the systems that attract, identify, and convert valuable accounts
  • Own the administration of Customer.io and secondary MAPs
  • Lead the implementation and management of ABM platforms
  • Manage web-to-meeting tooling and website agents
  • Oversee the administration of SEO tooling
  • Partner with web teams for consistent tracking and SEO metadata
  • Maintain Lead and Account Scoring models
  • Manage complex Lead Routing in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical marketing or revenue operations role
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Extensive experience with Customer.io or other major Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Proven experience configuring and pulling insights from GA4
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks)
  • Familiarity with SEO tooling (Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz)
  • Experience with MadKudu, ZoomInfo, Gong.io, or SampLead
  • Experience with RevenueHero or Qualified
  • Experience with Slack, Notion, Miro, Figma
