Customer Success Manager

• Expand the systemic utilization of the Graduate Slate (CRM) instance for the purposes of improving enrollment intelligence and business analytics.
• Lead efforts to automate the process, and components of, Xavier’s Graduate programs through Slate.
• Maintain existing day-to-day Slate infrastructure (while also potentially building new components to support day-to-day work). This will include, but is not limited to, the following: data uploads, workflows, forms, application builds, rule maintenance/building, email and event creation, etc.
• Plan, prepare, and produce a variety of regular and ad hoc queries and reports to meet external regulations and internal needs.
• Provide assistance and support in the identification, methods of statistical analysis, and reporting of benchmark data in support of enrollment strategic planning and overall institutional effectiveness.
• Actively engage and collaborate as a key member of the larger Xavier University Slate team.
