About the role
- Guide educators in developing, implementing, and analyzing community research initiatives and projects.
- Facilitating research projects with HSTA high school teachers and their students and the HSTA program.
- Teaching and communicate skills to foster strong partnerships and facilitate research endeavors.
- Organizational, data analysis with effective teaching and communication skills
- Developing research data and collection systems
- Lead large group events and provide effective training.
- Ability to deliver compelling oral and written reports at state and national levels.
- Ability to translate instruct and translate complex topics to high school students
Requirements
- Master's degree in education Curriculum, STEM, Public Health, or related field.
- A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the following: Experience in developing comprehensive research and data collection systems.
- University, governmental, or service-oriented non-profit organization preferred.
- Knowledge of State, Board of Trustees, university, and Health Sciences Technology Academy policies preferred.
- Proficiency in information gathering, data collection, and report writing.
- Demonstrated expertise in policy and procedure development.
- Prior experience in curriculum development, grant writing, and project management.
- Familiarity with professional, staff, and student training methodologies.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to research information and derive valid conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REDCap Software, and curriculum development.
- Willingness to travel across state and national borders.
- Valid driver's license
