About the role
- Manage segmentation, mass texting, and enrollment marketing performance
- Develop marketing plans for various enrollment marketing needs
- Produce high-quality, high-level marketing plans using audience insights, unit data, and industry trends
- Lead the implementation of text messaging to various recruitment audiences
- Build and manage print mailings
- Measure campaign performance and provide weekly performance reports
- Analyze enrollment and industry data to build marketing plans
- Train and support staff in the effective use of texting
- Collaborate with marketing and enrollment teams to strengthen recruitment initiatives
- Represent the SCM team in meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 3 years of related experience required
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
- Knowledge of popular marketing platforms
- Demonstrated excellence in marketing trends
- Ability to analyze media trends and create strategic media plans
- Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to lead groups and projects
- Experience in developing multichannel communications and marketing plans
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
