About the role

  • Manage segmentation, mass texting, and enrollment marketing performance
  • Develop marketing plans for various enrollment marketing needs
  • Produce high-quality, high-level marketing plans using audience insights, unit data, and industry trends
  • Lead the implementation of text messaging to various recruitment audiences
  • Build and manage print mailings
  • Measure campaign performance and provide weekly performance reports
  • Analyze enrollment and industry data to build marketing plans
  • Train and support staff in the effective use of texting
  • Collaborate with marketing and enrollment teams to strengthen recruitment initiatives
  • Represent the SCM team in meetings and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of related experience required
  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
  • Knowledge of popular marketing platforms
  • Demonstrated excellence in marketing trends
  • Ability to analyze media trends and create strategic media plans
  • Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead groups and projects
  • Experience in developing multichannel communications and marketing plans
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
