About the role

Responsible for the design and development of integrated solutions to connect various systems
Configuration, customization, testing, validation, and support of those solutions
Integration of software, hardware, and network systems to create cohesive and functional integrated systems within the organization
Assists in the management of daily production issues
Executes test scripts and ensures thorough documentation of issues and requests
Diagnoses and intervenes to resolve unplanned system outages swiftly
May facilitate training sessions to share technical knowledge and best practices
Coordinates vendor calls and develops test plans aligned with the entire workflow and health system
Identify and engage key stakeholders across various business units to understand their specific needs and objectives
Create and maintain documentation that includes design specifications and technical standards

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field
High School Diploma AND Four (4) years of experience in Epic Integrations, Workday Integrations, or Software Development accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
Familiarity in HL7, FHIR, X12, Epic Bridges, Workday BIRT Reporting, IRIS/MUMPS, XML, JSON, XSLT, Integration Engines, Workday Studio, Windows and Linux operating systems, API and Web Services, database development including SQL, network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, sFTP, etc), and Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java, C#
