Support Engineer

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, troubleshooting macOS laptops.
• Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using JAMF for device management and Bitdefender for endpoint protection.
• Manage inventory of IT hardware (laptops, accessories, replacements).
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
• Enforce company policies for secure authentication (SSO/MFA) and access control.
• Lead IT aspects of onboarding new hires: laptop provisioning, account setup.
• Coordinate secure offboarding for departing employees: deprovisioning accounts, reclaiming and wiping devices, and revoking access.
• Administer licenses for productivity and collaboration tools, e.g.: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• Track IT issues using Jira.
• Help maintain compliance standards and monitor endpoint and access security.
