• Support in the installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, servers and networks for our business clients in the Nordwestmecklenburg region.
• Participation in first- and second-level support: receiving, analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Setup and replacement of hardware (e.g., laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices).
• Administration of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
• Support for projects such as server migrations, rollouts, backup and security solutions.
• Documentation of IT systems, solutions and standards to enable continuous improvement.
• Close collaboration with your team to keep customers' IT stable, modern and secure.

Junior IT Administrator

• Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Clients, Servern und Netzwerken bei unseren Geschäftskunden in Nordwestmecklenburg.
• Mitwirkung im First- und Second-Level-Support: Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen.
• Einrichtung und Austausch von Hardware (z. B. Notebooks, Monitore, Drucker, mobile Geräte).
• Betreuung von Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
• Unterstützung bei Projekten wie Servermigrationen, Rollouts, Backup- und Security-Lösungen.
• Dokumentation von IT-Systemen, Lösungen und Standards zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team, um Kunden-IT stabil, modern und sicher zu gestalten.
