About the role

  • Assisting with the accounts payable process by accurately submitting invoices and parsing out invoice details
  • Making sure inventory order costs are entered accurately and efficiently
  • Reviewing vendor statements and communicating with vendors about invoices
  • Tracking the progress of incoming inventory orders and following up with vendors as needed
  • Attend bookstore team meetings (remotely through Zoom)
