About the role
- Assisting with the accounts payable process by accurately submitting invoices and parsing out invoice details
- Making sure inventory order costs are entered accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing vendor statements and communicating with vendors about invoices
- Tracking the progress of incoming inventory orders and following up with vendors as needed
- Attend bookstore team meetings (remotely through Zoom)
Requirements
- Familiarity with Westminster Bookstore’s resources
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service to others
- Strong attention to details
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage priorities
- Creative problem-solver
- Ability to gather and quickly absorb new information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
