• Reporting to the Swiss Managing Director, the P&B Director for Swiss Romandy supports country-wide strategic matters.
• Contribute to the business unit's strategy, working closely with the Swiss Managing Director.
• Lead and oversee property and building operations, with a focus on safety culture and compliance.
• Drive technical excellence and innovation across the business.
• Manage P&B operational performance against the targets set for the country.
