About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Swiss Managing Director, the P&B Director for Swiss Romandy supports country-wide strategic matters.
- Contribute to the business unit's strategy, working closely with the Swiss Managing Director.
- Lead and oversee property and building operations, with a focus on safety culture and compliance.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation across the business.
- Manage P&B operational performance against the targets set for the country.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in technical consulting within the property and building sector, building operations, and rigorous project management.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives that have increased revenue and commercial success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a senior leadership role with technical, operational, and financial responsibilities.
- Strong business network in the region.
- Fluent in English and French.
