About the role

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the roadmap; translate high-level product vision into executable plans
  • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements using user stories, workflows, and data mapping techniques
  • Maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog; refine user stories in alignment with sprint goals and team capacity
  • Serve as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams; manage stakeholder communications and expectations
  • Work alongside developers and QA during sprint activities; attend stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
  • Analyze data pipelines, outputs, and user behavior to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Assist in validation and testing activities to ensure feature completeness and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain internal and external documentation including process flows, release notes, and product guides
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts to help inform future planning and product positioning

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a data-centric or technology-focused organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Exceptional analytical and documentation skills; experience with process modeling and data mapping
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and modern data ecosystems
  • Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments
  • Background in technical product management or systems analysis
  • Exposure to BI tools and data validation frameworks
