About the role

  • Assist in creating social media content, both static and video, for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts & TikToks
  • Support content planning and idea development
  • Participate in on-site shoots (e.g., events, projects, behind-the-scenes)
  • Basic analysis of reach and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Initial experience in social media, content creation or video (e.g., through studies, training, internships or personal projects)
  • Confident use of a smartphone or camera
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut)
  • Proficient in Canva (knowledge of other graphic programs such as InDesign is a plus)
  • Good sense for trends, storytelling and social media platforms
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
  • Willingness to work hourly at the office in Herrenberg and on shoots in the Stuttgart area
