About the role

Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop, track, and interpret business and financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis on projects, tools, and initiatives.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech.
Create clear reports and presentations that communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.
Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST).
