About the role
- Promote business partnerships and advise the portfolio company group presidents and other departments at Corporate
- Learn the business and portfolio company specifics hands-on
- Manage and coordinate projects made up of cross functional teams
- Participate in the monthly reporting and variance analysis processes
- Participate in the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Dashboarding & KPI reporting
- Review existing methods of gathering information and performing analysis
- Look for operational and commercial synergies across the portfolio
- Assist in the improvement, development, and automation of monthly and ad hoc reporting
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and complete assignments with short deadlines
- Experience with business partnering and/or operations advisory
- Preferred experience in SaaS based software and or payments industry
- Affinity with strategic planning, scenario analysis, and market analysis
- Experience with financial modeling
- Experience with reporting and budgeting tools
- Bachelor’s degree with Accounting, Finance, or Economics concentration
- MBA, CPA, or CFA are a plus.
