About the role
- Oversee and manage a robust network of insurance capacity providers throughout Europe.
- Develop and deliver Wrisk products that cater to specific market or client demands.
- Expertly navigate the motor insurance environment in Europe.
- Shape the company's strategic direction by providing insights and recommendations.
- Influence key business decisions and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams including key account management, product development, underwriting, risk management, operations, and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance brokerage/ intermediation sector (focus: motor insurance) of a minimum of 4 years.
- Familiarity with actuarial principles, methods, and practices, particularly in relation to motor and P&C insurance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- A proactive stance towards learning and keeping abreast of the latest industry advancements.
- Persuasive skills in negotiating with insurers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with and to be therefore trusted by insurers
