About the role

  • Own configuration, governance, and optimization of UKG, ensuring integration across People tech stack
  • Lead lifecycle workflow redesign to improve automation and ownership clarity
  • Maintain structured documentation and version-control practices
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reporting for HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders
  • Identify and implement automation and AI use cases across workflows

Requirements

  • Direct experience in configuring and optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms (UKG or similar)
  • Experience in building reporting infrastructure or dashboards using Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflows
  • Strong understanding of integrations, workflow logic, system trade-offs, and governance controls
  • Ability to operate effectively across regions, compliance environments, and distributed teams
  • Experience leading individuals or small teams while remaining technically engaged,
  • Thinks like a systems product owner
