AI Systems Engineer

Compliance

• Own end-to-end E-Verify processing, including collecting required information, setting up accounts, submitting cases, and maintaining accurate records
• Ensure all employment eligibility workflows comply with federal regulations and internal standards
• Monitor case statuses, identify discrepancies, and follow up with internal teams to drive timely resolution
• Maintain organized, audit-ready compliance documentation to support internal reviews and external audits
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to support client-specific data needs, including generating and updating custom reports
• Collaborate with Production Accounting to support accounting data workflows, including importing budgets and charts of accounts
• Work with FTV Operations and Implementation teams on structured data entry and setup projects that support client onboarding and platform readiness
• Perform manual data entry and validation for accounting budgets, COAs, and onboarding records
• Organize and map onboarding documentation and start paperwork for new implementations
• Customize and update kickoff materials (e.g., slide decks) to ensure accuracy and client readiness
• Initiate CASHet setup as part of onboarding and implementation workflows
• Proactively identify data inconsistencies, compliance risks, or process gaps

Compliance & Data Operations Coordinator – Film & Television

Insurance

• Drive new and existing revenue using a blend of warm platform leads and personal network development
• Convert existing Wrapbook users and adjacent verticals into long term insurance clients
• Lead client conversations with both technical fluency and commercial clarity
• Partner with Business Development and Payroll Sales to coordinate outreach and opportunity routing
• Own the architecture, strategy, and negotiation of complex production insurance submissions
• Participate directly in the Placement discipline to shape carrier engagement and market strategy
• Lead high complexity underwriting conversations with senior carrier partners
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and E and O discipline across all submission and binding workflows
• Contribute to continuous updates on carrier appetite and market intelligence

Senior Insurance Broker

Payroll

• Lead the Commercials Union Payroll Operations team in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring KPIs for Commercials union payroll processing and remittance are consistently met or exceeded.
• Serve as the primary expert for Commercials union payroll, including AICP and PHBP contracts, benefit funds, rates, fringes, and union terms.
• Ensure team members meet or exceed standards for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance specific to Commercials payroll.
• Set clear expectations and conduct ongoing performance management and coaching conversations with team members.
• Act as a key decision-maker for Commercials union operational matters, including exception handling, escalations, and complex payroll scenarios.
• Respond to and manage internal and external escalations, audits, and client issues related to Commercials union payroll.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Labor Relations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and scalable Commercials workflows.
• Partner closely with the Product team to provide input on tooling, automation, and workflows needed to improve efficiency and support growth in Commercials payroll.
• Maintain a strong hands-on understanding of payroll calculations, including the ability to manually review and validate union payroll calculations.
• Provide input and recommendations on hiring, promotions, performance actions, and terminations for the Commercials team.
• Participate in strategic planning with leadership to support growth and organizational maturity of the Commercials union payroll function.
• Recommend and implement new processes, tools, roles, and responsibilities to optimize productivity and service quality.

Manager, Union Payroll – Commercials

Operations

• Own and execute end-to-end benefits operations including onboarding, off boarding, eligibility management, contribution adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage complex or non-standard benefits scenarios, including eligibility edge cases, retroactive changes, multi-project consolidations, and escalations.
• Ensure benefits data is entered accurately, completely, and on time to support compliant withholdings and reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for third-party benefits providers, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange and issue resolution.
• Oversee and validate weekly and ad hoc reports sent to third-party benefits providers.
• Conduct detailed audit reviews to ensure:
• - Accurate calculation of benefit withholdings, caps, and consolidations across projects
• - Correct capture of benefit eligibility and enrollment status
• - Alignment between internal systems and external provider records
• Identify trends or recurring discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Handle advanced customer inquiries and escalations via phone and email with professionalism and subject matter expertise.
• Translate recurring issues and learnings into process documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Partner closely with Enablement to upskill Customer Success, Sales and other internal teams on benefits workflows and policies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve benefits operations, systems, and customer experience.
• Lead or support process redesign efforts as the benefits program evolves, including documenting SOPs and implementing scalable solutions.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to Product and Operations leadership based on operational insights and customer impact.
• Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for Benefits Operations Specialists and adjacent team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires within Benefits Operations.
