About the role
- Managing our existing customers and qualified leads in close collaboration with the Head of Sales and Account Management.
- Ongoing, close customer communication with the goal of optimizing deployment and use of our products.
- Handling tender processes, including coordination with the relevant specialist departments and consolidation of all content.
- Preparing, pricing and tracking quotations through to successful order placement.
- Assisting with contract preparation.
- End-to-end order processing: recording, reviewing and forwarding orders, accounts receivable management and timely maintenance of all data in the CRM.
- Acting as an interface to Sales, Executive Management, Accounting, Project Management and Partner Management to ensure smooth internal processes.
- Preparing and analyzing sales-relevant metrics for management.
- Supporting the planning, organization and execution of trade shows and events.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration (BWL) — comparable qualifications are also welcome.
- Several years of professional experience in sales or account management.
- Solid IT skills and a strong affinity for digital products.
- Confident presence and experience in conversations, presentations and selling at all levels.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken — fluent German required.
- High resilience, perseverance and a structured way of working.
