About the role

  • Manage organic social for a small number of clients (directly accountable for engagement, reach, and growth)
  • Create innovative content strategies for social platforms based on client messaging, voice, objectives, and target audiences
  • Develop Wpromote’s Organic Social delivery and growth, including unique value propositions, sales and marketing materials, business processes, and workflows
  • Train team members on Organic Social best practices and participate in new business pitches
  • Coordinate content creation, planning, scheduling, and community management
  • Cross-collaborate with Content Marketing, Paid Social, Performance Creative, and Influencer Marketing to craft integrated campaigns
  • Leverage data (platform insights, audience trends, brand insights) to create organic social strategy
  • Manage and optimize boosted posts and recommend budgets to maximize reach and engagement
  • Work directly with media and platform partners (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit) to utilize platform opportunities
  • Operate as an individual contributor with long-term opportunity to manage a team of Organic Social specialists

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and/or Reddit
  • Passion for trailblazing and determination to deliver inspiring, creative work with impressive results
  • Ability to track and analyze social trends, engagement, and sentiment to provide actionable insights
  • Experience managing social commerce across TikTok and Meta
  • Proficient in writing creative briefs, briefing creative teams, and guiding the development of creative work; pitching creative campaigns to clients
  • Expertise with community management, monitoring and handling consumer interactions, comments, and messages across social platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Brandwatch, Tubular, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Billo, Trend.io, Google Analytics
  • Experience coordinating content creation, planning, scheduling, and boosted post optimization
  • Experience managing multiple clients (3-5) across B2C and B2B
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
