💰 $90,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Build strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performance
- Lead and enhance onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
- Champion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture
- Use data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends and guide decisions
- Improve people programs through insights, feedback, and best practices
- Partner with Learning & Development to align training with business needs
- Provide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policies
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Background working in remote or hybrid environments
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
- Preferred HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
