About the role
- Manage client onboarding from kickoff through successful implementation
- Communicate clearly with clients via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Coordinate internal workflows and task tracking using project management tools
- Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
- Support customer service inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
- Monitor campaign or implementation data and report on progress when required
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth delivery
- Identify issues proactively and propose solutions before they escalate
- Maintain organized documentation inside CRM and project management systems
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Data-driven approach to tracking progress and measuring results
- High attention to detail
- Positive, professional communication style
- Ability to ask clarifying questions when needed
- Experience in customer service, onboarding, account coordination, or similar client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Experience supporting digital marketing or online business environments is a plus
- Comfortable handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency
