About the role
- Maintain a high-performance work ethic, working Monday through Saturday
- Execute and follow their established and proven sales process consistently
- Participate in daily coaching and training sessions to sharpen sales skills
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline, including disciplined follow-up
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales data and performance tracking

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in transactional sales, ideally selling to SMBs
- Strong ability to self-manage time, priorities, and daily workload
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new sales processes
- Exceptional phone communication skills (non-negotiable)
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in English
- Comfortable using CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
