About the role

  • Manage and optimize online performance across relevant marketplaces and channels
  • Take responsibility for operational workflows, including monitoring and coordinating key processes
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and visualize findings
  • Develop and maintain KPI systems and produce meaningful reporting
  • Lead (sub-)projects and ensure sustainable implementation of results
  • Conduct independent analyses and collaborate on strategic business cases
  • Actively support cross-functional collaboration between departments in interdisciplinary projects
  • Monitor relevant market, competitor and technology trends

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics with a focus on Controlling, Operations, E‑Commerce, Process Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
  • Strong analytical skills in developing and evaluating KPIs as well as in reporting
  • Practical experience in project management and independent responsibility for (sub‑)projects
  • Confident use of Excel (including complex analyses)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
  • High affinity for numbers, processes and performance topics, with a keen interest in continuous improvement and innovation
  • Fluent German (written and spoken); good English skills are an advantage
