About the role
- You are responsible for customer acquisition and for establishing and developing a specialist dealer network within your territory, with a focus on garden equipment and power tools
- You ensure the achievement of sales targets in your sales area and actively drive growth
- You continuously analyze sales and profit potential and develop targeted measures for optimization
- You maintain partnership-based business relationships and expand them sustainably
- You actively pursue new business opportunities and organize and conduct customer trainings
- You inform potential customers about new product developments and present our portfolio convincingly
- You report regularly to the Sales Manager KRESS Switzerland and provide important market and customer insights
Requirements
- You have at least three years of successful experience in sales and apply your technical expertise effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking distinguish you — you combine both confidently in day-to-day work
- Ideally, you have experience with engines and municipal equipment
- A sales-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset is natural to you and is reflected in your actions
- Structured, flexible and conscientious — with this approach you master challenging situations
- You have excellent German skills (at least C1) and practical French skills
- A high willingness to travel completes your profile
