About the role
- As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Technical Support, you act as a central point of contact supporting our B2B customers
- You assist in answering questions about spare parts, repairs and escalations and track relevant information on open issues
- You support our team in handling B2B customer inquiries, particularly regarding spare parts, repairs and escalations, via phone and email
- You follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relevant information, customer data and ticket status in the CRM system
- In close collaboration with the responsible specialist departments, you ensure that our customers receive fast and accurate responses
- You contribute to process optimization, for example by creating articles for the knowledge base or improving communication on spare parts and repair requests
- Together with technicians and other teams, you actively participate in the escalation process and knowledge sharing
- Through internal training, you expand your knowledge of our products and services and strengthen your technical expertise
- You are responsible for quality monitoring of tickets and calls to ensure our high standards and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at university, ideally in a technical or business degree program, or as a career changer you bring a strong interest in technical processes
- Initial experience in customer service, technical support or working with B2B customers is an advantage
- You can respond well to customer needs and communicate clearly and solution-oriented
- You are structured, team-oriented and demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor
- Your flexibility and resilience make you a valuable part of our team
- Good MS Office skills as well as very good German and English skills complete your profile
