• Maintain accurate fixed asset records, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation activity in accordance with Company policies and IFRS accounting guidelines
• Calculate and record depreciation for fixed assets in accordance with Company policies and accounting standards
• Perform routine reconciliations of fixed asset accounts to support accuracy and completeness
• Prepare fixed asset reports and schedules for management, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Support compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and Company policies related to fixed assets
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis to support management review of capital spending and fixed asset activity

Fixed Asset Accountant II

Accounts Payable

• Supports the Financial Operations team by performing a broad range of accounting and accounts payable functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provides system expertise in data integration across multiple source systems and supports electronic accounts payable (AP) processes.
• Delivers data and analytical support for special finance projects as requested by management.
• Leads cross functional team to support end to end processing of invoices.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and systems, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders and newer team members.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and knowledge retention across AP functions.
• Analyzes processes for potential efficiencies and recommends process improvements to management.
• Develops, reviews, and provides transactional, financial, and management reporting, metrics and analysis on a routine and ad hoc basis.
• Performs month end close processes, including reporting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and developing cross functional relationships that impact job responsibilities.
• Proactively identifies financial issues and communicates findings to appropriate stakeholders.

Senior AP Specialist

Procurement

• Responsible for coordinating incoming dairy settlements to ensure information is accurate and retained within the appropriate system.
• Onboarding suppliers in Ariba (new and existing).
• Working closely with sourcing managers on key initiatives.
• Uploading all annual contracts into the legal system.
• Developing insightful KPIs related to the job.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all incoming loads by coordinating daily with vendors.
• Maintain and improve systems related to vendor settlements and invoices to promote a best-in-class dairy settlement/invoicing process.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Managers to perform category planning and annual bid activities.
• Support spot load purchases each week by ensuring that all ordered loads are being processed for payment.
• Partner with Sourcing Managers on cost management processes such as category spend analysis, total cost of ownership assessments.
• Facilitate and work closely with sourcing managers on various tactical needs.
• Assist in driving continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and cost savings by ensuring that the right suppliers are onboard.
• Learn the role of a Procurement Specialist to provide back-up coverage.
