• Responsible for coordinating incoming dairy settlements to ensure information is accurate and retained within the appropriate system.
• Onboarding suppliers in Ariba (new and existing).

Associate Procurement Specialist – Dairy

Claims Specialist

• Under general supervision, provide financial, administrative and clerical services related to Customer Claims functions to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations while complying with established policies and procedures
• Responsible for gathering, researching, and accessing relevant documentation to support account specific claims/deduction data in an accurate and timely manner.
• Responsible for resolving and settling claims within established corporate policies, procedures and practices in an accurately and timely manner.
• Responsible for monitoring data for approved customer spending programs and direct payment. Flag and report any inconsistencies to management.
• Analyze and process customer post audits for assigned accounts. This includes validation by using a variety of software application and resources to substantiate findings.
• Responsible to calculate and process program rebates on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis for assigned accounts and end user contracts, ensuring payments are accurate and paid within established turnaround time.
• Communicate customer driven behaviors and trends causing increased claims activities and invalid deduction.
• Continually provide feedback to improve policies, practices and procedures.
• May serve as a resource to assist other team members by cross-training, answering questions, providing solutions, and/or serving as back up as needed.

Claims Coordinator I

• Lead the development; implementation and alignment of sourcing strategies and supplier network capabilities for spend categories to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for securing materials at the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) through competitive analysis of bids, and all other costs of ownership.
• Responsible for establishing commodity supply and price risk mitigation strategies to minimize any concerns with materials, delivery, or supplier relationships.
• Demonstrate full knowledge and serve as a leader for assigned categories of spend.
• Collaborate with Director, Procurement Strategic Sourcing, and other cross functional team members to establish both short and long-term commodity strategies.

Financial Analyst II

Manager

• This role, within the R&D function, is critical to the development of, and adherence to, strong processes and documentation to aid in consistent delivery of product quality in conjunction with enterprise and customer needs. Leads organization in the creation of ingredient and product specifications, including elegance guides, and in troubleshooting product design issues across all manufacturing sites in the Enterprise. Supports the R&D team with system and document management for product change controls, specification changes, product testing and the potential for product testing and prototyping support. Uses statistical process controls and data to drive product quality improvements. Daily tasks include creating and tracking change controls, editing product specifications and drawings, supporting design and process verification for all products. Enjoyment in working in document system and across a broad team are a must for the role.
• - Develops strong internal product specifications with both internal and external customers, focused on driving product quality. Develops realistic product specifications based on process capability and consistent delivery of product quality.
• - Uses Continuous Improvement tools to improve process, evaluate process capability and perform and / or facilitate root cause analyses that aid in the development of robust corrective and preventative actions. Collaborates with Quality Assurance leadership to execute on action plans and recommendations on major quality and food safety concerns.
• - Has a deep knowledge of products and specification within the company portfolio. Specifications and systems cover products manufactured across all locations. Recommends opportunities and avenues for process improvements.
• - Understands and applies knowledge of ingredients to write and implement ingredient specification used in ice cream and frozen dessert manufacturing processes for the completion and success of projects.

• - Effectively communicates project needs, status updates and technical advice to stakeholders, promoting efficient project performance. Recommends opportunities and avenues for process improvements.
