• Lead and direct operations technicians to comply with contractual service agreements
• Coordinate technicians responsible for installation, service, and repair of software and hardware equipment
• Recommend staffing levels to the Area Manager and participate actively in hiring
• Manage technician performance, training, development, and compliance with established processes and policies
• Prioritize and assign daily service calls and projects based on client service levels
• Manage work procedures to meet schedules and client service requirements
• Ensure service call escalations are resolved within established guidelines
• Apply cost-containment measures involving technician utilization, overtime, logistics, and parts returns
• Identify operational improvements and make recommendations
• Communicate organizational goals and objectives to technicians
• Attend client conference calls as needed
• Perform administrative functions including time-card and expense approval, reporting, and staffing-availability management
