About the role
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels
- Conduct research and discovery to understand customer needs
- Schedule meetings and route qualified leads to Business Development
- Collaborate closely with BD partners to follow up on meetings
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive new customer acquisition
- Build and maintain a strong sales funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales or sales development
- Industry experience in CRO or pharmaceuticals
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce
- Familiar with sales automation platforms and auto-dial systems
