About the role

  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels
  • Conduct research and discovery to understand customer needs
  • Schedule meetings and route qualified leads to Business Development
  • Collaborate closely with BD partners to follow up on meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales or sales development
  • Industry experience in CRO or pharmaceuticals
  • Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce
  • Familiar with sales automation platforms and auto-dial systems
