About the role

  • Drive adoption of newly developed agricultural loan products for groups and individuals
  • Ensure alignment with VisionFund Kenya’s climate strategy and sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with credit and business development teams to optimize product delivery processes
  • Conduct monthly training sessions on agri-finance, climate-smart agriculture, and loan management
  • Submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month

Requirements

  • Agricultural Extension and/or Business-related course from a recognized College/University
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Agri-climate products design and small farmers engagement in a microfinance or financial institution
  • Strong product knowledge, sales, negotiation, partnerships, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
